1, the power indicator does not light up, the motor does not turn does not rise
(1) connected to the control cabinet (box) of the power supply is not energized
Check method: check whether the external power supply and control cabinet (box) power line connection.
Solution: reconnect the power cord.
(2) Poor contact with the emergency stop button
Check method: Turn on the emergency stop button, and use a multimeter to measure whether the terminals at both ends of the button are conductive. If not, check the contact inside the emergency stop button.
Solution: Disassemble the emergency stop switch, readjust the internal spring and contacts, or directly replace the emergency stop button.
(3) Circuit breaker tripping
Check method:
① open the control box cover, and check whether the circuit breaker tripped.
② If the circuit breaker trips again immediately after closing, use a multimeter to check whether the circuit breaker connection line is short-circuited.
③ If it trips again after closing the circuit breaker for a period of time, it is the problem of the circuit breaker.
Solution: Repair the short-circuited line and replace the circuit breaker if necessary.
(4) Transformer damage
Check method: use a multimeter to measure the transformer’s 380V input voltage and 24V output voltage, if there is no 24V voltage output, it means that the transformer is damaged.
Solution: Replace the transformer.
2. the power indicator light, the motor does not turn does not rise
(1) rising button contacts poor contact
Check method: press and hold the rising button, and use a multimeter to measure whether the button ends of the wiring is on, such as not connected to indicate that the button is damaged.
Solution: Replace the rising button.
(2) Limit switch failure or poor line contact
Check method: In the control box find the height limit switch and roof collision limit switch terminals, and with a wire short, if the motor can work normally, it means that the limit switch fails or poor line contact.
Solution: Replace the limit switch or repair the relevant lines.
(3) AC contactor coil burnt
Check method: Turn on the power, press and hold the up button, and measure whether there is 24V voltage at both ends of the AC contactor coil, if there is voltage, it means that the AC contactor coil is burnt.
Solution: Replace the AC contactor.
(4) Motor coil burnt
Check method: turn on the power switch, press and hold the up button, open the motor end cover, and use a multimeter to measure whether there is voltage at the terminals, if there is voltage, but the motor still can’t work, it means that the motor has problems.
Solution: Replace the motor.
3. Motor rotates but does not rise
(1) insufficient hydraulic oil
Check method: Visualize the oil scale on the oil drum and check whether the hydraulic oil in the drum reaches the standard dosage.
Solution: refill the hydraulic oil to the standard dosage of the model.
(2) Motor reversal
Check method: when pressing the rise button, observe whether there are air bubbles in the hydraulic oil in the oil drum, if so, it means that the motor is reversed.
Solution: The middle one of the 380V power line connected to the motor is aligned with any one of the two sides.
(3) Electromagnetic unloading valve spool is not shut down
Check method: press the electromagnetic unloading valve spool by hand, check whether it can be screwed clockwise.
Solution: Tighten the electromagnetic unloading valve spool.
(4) Damaged solenoid unloading valve
Check method: tighten the throttle valve, and then press the button to rise, if the car lift rises, it can be judged as the electromagnetic unloading valve problem.
Solution: Replace the electromagnetic unloading valve spool. Note: After replacement, adjust the throttle valve back to the correct position.
(5) Gear pump, coupling, suction pipe damage
Check method:
① Check whether the oil suction pipe is loose and falls off or whether there is a crack at the interface.
② disassemble the gear pump, and check whether the gear pump seal is broken.
③ Check whether the coupling or gear pump is damaged.
Solution:
① Tighten or replace the suction pipe.
② Replace the gear pump seal or gear pump.
③ Replace the coupling or gear pump.
(6) Damaged relief valve
Check method: If there is no problem in other checks, tighten the relief valve spool half a turn to see if the car lift can rise.
Solution: If still can not rise, then replace the relief valve.
4. Car lift can’t descend after rising
(1) poor contact with the descent button
Check method: press and hold the descent button, use a multimeter to measure the button on both ends of the wiring whether the conductive, such as not connected to indicate that the button is damaged.
Solution: Replace the descent button.
(2) Electromagnetic unloading valve coil burned or poor contact of the intermediate relay
Check method: hold down the button, check whether the electromagnetic unloading valve coil light. If the light is on, the insurance can be opened, but the car lift still does not fall, it is determined that the coil burned. If the light does not come on, check the relay contacts.
Solution: Replace the solenoid unloader coil or repair the relay contacts.
(3) Bridge rectifier wire off or damaged
Check method: hold down the button, check whether the electromagnetic unloading valve light is bright, such as not bright insurance also can not be opened, it is judged that the bridge rectifier line off or damaged.
Solution: Re-wire or replace the bridge rectifier.
5. Other common problems
(1) with the use of the motor can not be raised (380V)?
Analysis: The 380V motor has a positive and negative rotation, The three-phase power of the three-wire different connections on the motor will have positive and negative rotation points.
Methods: outside the three-phase power was changed by the power supply, just in the car lift into the motor of the three-phase power can be arbitrarily switched to two lines.
(2) When the work is very slow to rise?
Analysis: the return valve or solenoid valve can not return, the oil pump inlet screen is blocked, insufficient oil.
Method: Check whether the oil volume is enough and whether the oil return valve or solenoid valve is damaged.
(3) car lift to a certain height, the cylinder in the muffler port out of hydraulic oil to?
Analysis: The cylinder seals have some damage.
Method: Replace the seals with a new set.
(4) rise and fall are crawling?
Analysis: there is air in the cylinder or poor lubrication, serious wear and tear of the slider.
Method: Discharge the air, add lubricant, and replace the slider.
(5) can not descend?
Analysis: the safety lock is not released, poor synchronization, the solenoid valve or return valve is damaged, flow valve is out of position.
Methods: Check whether the two sides of the insurance is in the open state, and the solenoid valve or return valve is damaged, if all are not a problem, remove the oil pipe, check the oil cylinder to receive the oil at the mouth whether there is a flow valve, if so, readjust.
(6) automatic fallback?
Analysis: The return valve or solenoid valve, safety valve, or pressure valve is damaged.
Methods: Check the oil return valve or solenoid valve, safety valve is damaged, increase the pressure of the pressure valve.
(7) together with the motor on the whimpering, can not start?
Analysis: 380V may be out of phase, and 220V may be starting capacitor damage.
Methods: Check whether the voltage is out of phase, or capacitance is damaged.
(8) When lifting up the safety lock will not automatically ring and ring?
Analysis: The insurance spring may be damaged or the adjustment screw in the insurance is not correct.
Method: Check whether the insurance spring is damaged, and readjust the adjusting screw in the insurance.
(9) When the car lift is working, does it make the usual shrill sound?
Analysis: may be the motor, slider, chain, pulley, wire rope, or oil cylinder friction caused by excessive.
